1. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States only.
Shipping to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted areas may not be available for certain products (especially large equipment).

4. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times vary based on product category:
DTF / UV DTF Supplies: Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days
Equipment & Large Machines: Estimated delivery: 5–12 business days (Freight delivery scheduling may apply)
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
Item weight and dimensions
Shipping method selected
Delivery location
Promotional or discounted shipping may be offered from time to time.
6. Freight & Large Equipment Deliveries
Printers, heat presses, and other large equipment may ship via freight service.
Freight deliveries are typically curbside delivery only unless otherwise stated.
Customers are responsible for:
Providing correct delivery access
Forklift or unloading assistance if required
Missed freight delivery appointments may result in additional fees.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.
8. Shipping Delays
Vision DTF is not responsible for delays caused by:
Carrier disruptions
Weather conditions
Customs or regulatory inspections
Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
9. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Orders returned due to incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts may incur reshipping fees.
10. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include photos of the packaging and product when contacting support.
Vision DTF will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
